Prepare a brief that keeps facts, language and delivery decisions separate

A brief is useful when it allows the project team to investigate the right task and identify the people whose decisions matter. It need not contain a finished architecture. Start with what the customer or colleague should be able to do and what currently prevents it.

Describe one representative journey

For a product enquiry, name the page, selected reference, document and office response. Include one awkward case, such as a discontinued variant or conflicting specification. Identify existing behaviour that must remain intact during a change.

Use a safe sample rather than a private export in the initial conversation. A fictional reference and blank form can explain the relationship without exposing confidential customer or product information.

Inventory the language work

List Korean and English pages, documents and interaction messages. Identify approved counterparts and deliberate gaps. Include the person supplying wording and the qualified reviewer, along with the product owner who approves technical facts.

Record how future factual changes will reach the affected language versions. The initial translation is only one point in the content lifecycle.

Establish technical and provider dependencies

Identify the current platform, source access, account owners and connected tools. If a capability depends on a merchant, identity or document provider, obtain the current contract relevant to the actual account. A public documentation example is not sufficient evidence of availability.

For information handling, describe collection, providers, storage and access for the appropriate qualified review. Do not reduce that discussion to a hosting-country checkbox.

Define acceptance through the receiving task

A catalogue acceptance case should let the office identify the selected product and original question. A portal case should include a partner that may access the document and one that may not. A migration case should include a saved old link with a meaningful destination.

Identify which checks can run in a private environment and which require later permission or provider-supported arrangements. Record limits honestly; a planning document does not demonstrate that a live integration works.

Arrange the decisions and handover

Use dated review windows with the relevant local times. Name the contact who resolves conflicting feedback and the people who can approve facts, wording and release. Identify ordinary editing, account ownership, recovery and any continuing support work.

The worksheet can prepare a shorter browser-local note. Read pricing and scope before comparing proposals, then contact Faith Forge Labs with the task and its important dependencies.
