Compare the work behind the pages, documents and connections

A bilingual product site can involve far more than two copies of a homepage. Product structure, document review, counterpart mapping, enquiry handling and future editing all affect the scope. A useful proposal makes those responsibilities visible before a price or calendar is treated as dependable.

No fixed rates or automatic delivery promises are published here. The actual platform, content, provider access and review dependencies need examination.

Count the complete content set

Include service and product pages, document relationships, form prompts, errors and acknowledgements. Identify which Korean wording is supplied approved and which needs separately arranged qualified review. A product expert's factual approval and a language review are distinct tasks even when one person can perform both.

If content is incomplete, state which decisions remain provisional. A design accepted with short placeholders may still need changes when the real product names and instructions arrive.

Separate repair, discovery and delivery

An investigation may be needed to establish the running system, recover access or confirm a provider operation. Its deliverable should answer a bounded question and expose remaining limits. It should not be sold as a guaranteed implementation before the necessary evidence exists.

Once the task is understood, identify included users, actions and exceptions. A catalogue enquiry differs from a purchasing system with merchant integration and order lifecycle. Similar screen layouts do not make those scopes equivalent.

Include transition and ownership work

A migration needs route mapping, document handling, data reconciliation and a cutover plan. Future owners need editing instructions, account administration and meaningful acceptance evidence. Those tasks remain necessary even if the visible design is modest.

Identify external subscriptions and who controls each provider account. Hosting, monitoring, dependency updates and continuing support are separate commitments. A development fee does not automatically include indefinite language changes or continuous local support.

Make changes reviewable

The agreed scope should identify the accepted baseline and how new requirements are assessed. A correction to promised behaviour and an additional feature are different decisions. Record the reason and effect of a change so neither party relies on an unstated assumption.

Ask what the receiving person can demonstrate at completion and what remains outside the project. A clear answer is more useful for comparison than a long list of feature names.

Read hidden costs, or describe your proposed task with its content and provider dependencies to establish what a reliable proposal needs.
