Keep the next product correction manageable after delivery
A product website remains useful only if its owner can change the right fact in the right places. A revised specification may affect a Korean page, an English summary, a download and an enquiry choice. Support planning should account for those relationships before the original project team steps away.
Give each kind of change an owner
The product owner approves facts and revision status. A qualified reviewer checks Korean meaning where required. The content editor publishes the accepted material through the agreed procedure. The technical maintainer handles dependencies and system changes within the commissioned arrangement.
Those roles may be held by fewer people in a small business, but the decisions still differ. A technically successful upload does not establish that the content is approved to replace the current specification.
Retain the operating references
Keep the source repository, hosting and provider accounts under the organisation's control. Record the approved access route and recovery owner without placing secrets in a general document. Identify how a new maintainer obtains the information needed for an authorised task.
Maintain the map of important product routes, document revisions and counterpart pages. It gives the next editor a way to assess which other material a correction affects.
Make exceptions understandable
An import may reject a row, a provider may return an uncertain outcome or a partner may lose access after a role change. The operating notes should name the evidence to inspect and the person permitted to resolve it. Repeating a consequential operation without checking is not a universal recovery procedure.
Diagnostic information should be sufficient for the agreed investigation without collecting unnecessary private payloads. The organisation's qualified advisers determine applicable handling and retention requirements.
Agree continuing work explicitly
Content updates, dependency maintenance, monitoring, incident response and new development need defined coverage. This site does not establish a standing response time or Korean-language support desk. The written arrangement should identify contact routes, exclusions and how additional work is commissioned.
Rehearse a normal change
Before handover, ask the future owner to update one fictional product fact in a private setting, identify affected language material and explain the review and recovery steps. Then ask them to investigate one unresolved record. Improve the instructions where they cannot proceed confidently.
Use the handover checklist for the receiving review. Discuss maintenance needs as part of the initial scope so ownership does not become an afterthought.
