Website care and migration with continuity in mind

Fix the current difficulty, preserve useful existing links and leave the next content or maintenance task easier to complete.

A rebuild should not make an established customer lose the page they bookmarked. A small content correction should not depend on finding a former employee’s password. We approach website care through the current problem and the business information that needs to continue working.

Understand the existing journey

We review the pages, documents, enquiry route and accounts relevant to the work. A product link in a distributor’s saved email may need to stay useful even when the page layout or document system changes. We identify what that reader needs and agree whether to retain the address or provide a close replacement.

A fictional supplier might need to retire an old product document while keeping the product reference and enquiry context understandable. The correct change may involve several language pages and downloads, not simply a redesigned homepage.

Make a controlled change

The scope can include content corrections, layout repairs, platform migration, URL mapping and a maintainable editing arrangement. We check known redirects with their query strings, genuine missing-page behavior and the routes visitors actually request.

We agree how to review and recover the change before it goes live. The business retains its provider account ownership, and access is arranged for the work rather than passed around in a shared document.

Leave a practical maintenance path

Existing platform condition, hosting access, content volume and connected providers influence the scope. Support coverage is agreed explicitly; a contact form does not imply continuous local support or a guaranteed response time.

Delivery is English-led, with Korean corrections reviewed through the agreed language arrangement. Read preserving old links and provider ownership, or describe the repair or transition you need.
