Mobile workflows for the task in front of the customer
Make a catalogue question, field update or document step usable on the devices and input methods your audience actually brings.
A phone journey needs more than smaller columns. The keyboard can cover a field, a long Korean product name can obscure a choice and a document step can interrupt the task. We design and develop mobile workflows around those practical conditions.
Choose the task and the audience
We establish whether the need is a responsive website, an installable experience or an application. The decision follows the required task, device capabilities, distribution and maintenance arrangement rather than assuming every project needs an app.
A fictional field representative might need to find a component, attach a sample photograph and send a question while visiting a customer. We would review that sequence, including the office’s reply, before expanding to unrelated features.
Test real content and input
The work can include mobile layouts, input controls, uploads, camera-related steps where supported, and connected business records. Korean text entry needs composition and correction checks. Long names, larger text and readable validation messages belong in the review.
We agree representative devices and browsers with you. A desktop simulation is useful for layout but is not a substitute for every real-device behavior. If interrupted connectivity matters, we define the intended draft, retry or offline behavior explicitly.
Keep the delivery arrangement realistic
Device access, operating-system capabilities, provider accounts and any distribution review affect the scope. We document what was tested and which checks remain. Korean interface content requires an agreed reviewer; our US-based remote project delivery is led in English.
