A focused service
Integrations and data that preserve the meaning
Connect catalogues, forms and business tools without losing the product reference, original question or responsibility for the next step.
Two systems can exchange a file successfully while disagreeing about what its contents mean. A product code becomes a number, a Korean filename is changed, or a repeated request creates a second office task. We work on the meaning of the handover as well as the connection.
Map the fields before the automation
We identify the source, destination and owner of each important value. A product reference, customer-supplied name, quantity unit and approval result need different handling. We keep uncertain matches visible rather than making an undocumented guess.
For a fictional catalogue import, the sample should include leading-zero codes, mixed-script names, variants and discontinued items. That gives the business a chance to agree what should happen before the full range is processed.
Design for corrections and repeated events
The scope can include CSV imports, API connections, form routing, record synchronization and staff review tools. We examine rejected rows, unavailable providers and delayed or repeated notifications. The responsible team needs a way to identify the affected record and finish the work.
We use the selected provider’s current documentation and actual account capabilities. Access, limits, test environments and commercial approval can affect what is possible. A public API example is not proof that every feature is enabled for your account.
Know where information travels
Where personal information is involved, we help document the proposed providers, storage, access and backups for your qualified privacy assessment. We do not decide Korean legal compliance from the hosting country alone. English-led delivery and any Korean terminology review remain explicit.
