Customer and partner portals for the next task

Give an authorized customer, distributor or colleague a clear place to find documents, contribute information and complete the action that belongs to them.

A portal is useful when someone can complete a job without searching through unrelated email attachments. We design private workspaces around the records and actions a customer or partner actually needs.

Start with who does what

We map the people involved, the records they can see and the actions they may take. Reading a product document, supplying a revision and approving an order are different responsibilities. A translated role label does not replace that decision.

A fictional Korean distributor might need current product sheets, its own quotation requests and a place to ask about a revision. The workspace should connect those items while keeping another distributor’s information out of view.

Build the complete document journey

The scope can include invitations, organization-specific views, uploads, version history, comments and review steps. We check Korean filenames and mixed-language content through the tools staff will actually use, including downloads and notifications.

Access changes need attention too. We test a former contact, a replacement reviewer and old direct links. Business owners decide the intended permissions; implementation includes checking those rules where records and actions are requested.

Make administration part of the service

Agree who can invite a new colleague, remove access and answer a document question. Hosting, personal information, integrations and existing identity accounts affect the design. We map the information route for your qualified advisers rather than claiming that a portal automatically meets every legal requirement.

Project delivery is led in English, with Korean interface wording and review arranged explicitly. Read role-change checks and document handovers, then describe the partner’s first task.
