A focused service
Business software for requests, records and approvals
Replace an unclear chain of spreadsheets and messages with a focused tool that helps the right person finish the next piece of work.
A business process can outgrow its spreadsheet long before it needs a large enterprise platform. We build focused tools for recurring requests, case records, internal reviews and approval work where the current handover has become difficult.
Follow one job through the team
We begin with an example: who starts it, which information is needed, what decision comes next and how the result is recorded. That reveals where a simple correction is sufficient and where a new tool may help.
For a fictional component supplier, a customer asks whether a revised part can replace the model named in an earlier Korean specification. The request record keeps the item references, original question, both document revisions and the Korean and English terms already approved for the range. Staff can see that a reply is waiting for a technical decision.
If the English sheet gives a different operating limit from the approved Korean sheet, the reviewer records the discrepancy and assigns the specification owner to confirm which revision applies. The customer reply stays with the account contact until that decision is recorded; the tool does not imply that a replacement has been approved. The language reviewer then checks any revised Korean wording against the confirmed facts. Staff can see who needs to act next and why the reply is waiting.
Use vocabulary the team understands
The work can include record views, search, editing, review steps, permission rules and exports. Where Korean and English terms coexist, we agree their meaning with your reviewers. Dates, quantities and identifiers need explicit interpretation when information comes from other tools.
We review correction and exception paths as well as the ordinary case. Someone may submit incomplete information, reopen a request or leave the organization. The software should support an agreed response rather than hide these cases behind a successful demonstration.
Deliver something maintainable
Existing data, provider connections, account ownership and the level of support required affect the scope. We can focus an initial release on one repeatable task and review it with the people doing the work. English-led delivery and Korean content review arrangements are agreed separately.
Read a practical handover exercise and useful remote feedback. Explain the job that keeps getting stuck.
