Trace the product question through technical and language review
A Korean product enquiry can arrive correctly and still receive a poor answer. The form may preserve every field while the response loses the variant reference, uses an older sheet or reaches the wrong reviewer. To understand the failure, follow the question through the people and documents involved.
Record the request as it arrived
Take a safe representative case and identify the page, product reference, document revision and question that reached the receiving team. Distinguish data recorded by the system from context somebody reconstructed later. Reconstruction may be useful, but it is not evidence of what the visitor originally saw.
In a fictional example, a distributor asks whether a connector specification applies to a compact model. The coordinator forwards only the free-text question. The product expert answers for the larger model because the reference was lost. A Korean reviewer then makes that answer read clearly without knowing it addresses the wrong variant.
Separate the two approvals
The product expert must approve the technical meaning for the correct item. The Korean reviewer must understand that approved meaning and the intended audience. Neither review can compensate automatically for missing source context.
The workflow should identify which version of the answer each person reviewed and what changed afterwards. If a technical correction arrives after language approval, the team needs a deliberate way to revisit the affected wording. An “approved” label with no version is insufficient for that sequence.
Follow an unresolved disagreement
Suppose the English sheet and Korean page describe different operating limits. The receiving team should not choose whichever value is easier to send. Record the discrepancy, keep the customer's question attached and ask the authorised product owner to settle it.
The customer-facing status can explain that the specification is being checked without inventing an outcome or an exact response time. The internal record needs the pending decision and the person responsible. More automated reminders will not settle an unowned technical question.
Test a change during review
Have the buyer clarify that they meant another variant while the first answer is being reviewed. Check whether the new reference reaches both reviewers and whether the earlier draft remains clearly distinguishable. The exercise exposes whether the system tracks a conversation or merely accumulates attachments.
A useful first change might preserve product context through forwarding and show the answer revision under review. A larger portal is not automatically necessary. Choose the scope based on the evidence and the tools the organisation can operate.
Measure the right failure
Count cases requiring reconstruction of product context, answers returned for review because the underlying facts changed and requests with no named next decision. A shorter handling time can be encouraging, but it should not conceal a technically incorrect answer.
Review a bounded sample after the change and account for different case complexity. The aim is a more reliable decision trail, not a claim that every product question can be answered automatically.
The enquiry workflow service covers the receiving path. Read the language guide for a different failure: a correct Korean search term that the application does not match.
